Applicants are put on a vendor waitlist. We will notify you once your application is approved and a space has become available. Upon approval, you will receive an invoice for your space fee and need to submit payment, GET License or 501c3 Certificate, Signed Vendor Information Form and COI 10 Days prior to event.
Who is eligible to apply?
Local businesses who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply as a Product Vendor:
• Business is based in Maui County (must have a current GET license).
• All products offered for sale must be made, manufactured, grown and/or created in Maui County. Products may include source materials made and/or found in the State of Hawaii.
• All products must meet a minimum 51% “Made in Hawaii” product valuation
Business/product description must be complete.
Food Trucks: List menu items and prices in product description and you must have all necessary food permits and COI prior to event.
Electrical is not provided for vendors. Vendors must supply their own tables and equipment. Up to a 10x10 foot white pop-up style tent is allowed for shade, your display may not extend past the 10x10 space.
