Holiday Lighting of the Banyan Tree

LAHAINA, MAUI -- Come Celebrate the Annual Holiday Lighting of the Banyan Tree! The two day event begins on Saturday, December 5th at Banyan Tree Park and continues through Sunday, December 6th. The tree lighting is scheduled for Saturday, December 5th. Lahaina's Banyan Tree will be lit with thousands of lights to mark the beginning of the holiday season. Special lights at the Wharf Cinema Center and Pioneer Inn will be turned on simultaneously. Saturday, enjoy continuous entertainment, a holiday arts and crafts fair by local artists, activities for kids, the Snow Zone and entertainment. The festivities continue on Sunday with arts, crafts and entertainment. The Banyan Tree will be lit every evening throughout the holiday season. For more information call 667-9193.
